Blessings and BBQ (B&B) is a ministry that seeks to share the love of Jesus Christ through various cooking events where great tasting smoked meats are prepared on the unique wood pellet grills manufactured by Traeger Industries, Inc. Ed Cody is an authorized dealer for Traeger Industries and founder of B&B.

B&B has cooked an d ministered to many over the past couple of years including church groups, company functions and most recently the Asheville Buncombe County Christian Ministries homeless shelt er for men. B&B has committed to cook and serve for this ministry the first Saturday of each month, and currently has a team of approximately 20 volunteers eager to participat e and serve. We welcome prayers and suggestions as we seek to follow the Lord's leading for this and future ministry opportunities. While B&B is operated as a minis try, it is not designated as a tax exempt organization at this time and therefore does not solicit donations or contributions. Instead the funding comes from the sale of the p roducts presented on this site and love gifts from cooking events to help cover costs. Through these means B&B helps provide financial support to two families. One is a clergy c ouple that is leading a unique ministry called Plowpoint, bringing healing and restoration to hurting churches. In the other family the father is a seminary student preparing f or an evangelistic ministry.
